The FloCareer Referral Program aims to expand our community by rewarding our current customers for referring new clients. When these referrals sign up for FloCareer’s services and this leads to a successful deal, our customers receive a reward.
The program is available to all external partners, including existing clients and interviewers. FloCareer employees and their family members are not eligible to participate.
To refer someone to FloCareer, simply fill out the referral form. Enter the necessary details of the person you are referring to, such as their name and email address. Once you submit your referral, we will take care of everything. We will notify you when your referral leads to a closed deal, making you eligible for your reward.
For each successful referral, you will receive a ₹10,000 Amazon voucher. A referral is considered successful when the referred organization signs up for FloCareer’s services and this leads to a closed deal.
No, there is no limit to the number of people you can refer to.
If multiple referrals are made for the same client, the reward will be given to the first referrer whose referred client completes a closed deal. Subsequent referrals for the same client will not qualify for additional rewards.
Rewards are issued only for the first closed deal of each referred client. Subsequent deals by the same client do not qualify for additional rewards.
No, referring existing clients is not allowed. The referral program is intended to introduce new clients to FloCareer. Referrals of existing clients are ineligible and may be subject to rejection.
Rewards are issued within 7 days after the referred client's deal has closed.
Rewards are issued only when the referred contact signs up and completes their first deal within 180 days of the referral. If the contact does not sign up, or if the deal does not close within this timeframe, no reward will be issued.
You will receive an email and phone call notification once your referral has successfully resulted in a closed deal, and your reward is ready to be issued.
