These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the FloCareer Platform, including our websites, services, interviews, and related applications.
Because different groups interact with FloCareer in different ways, these Terms are structured into role-specific sections:
Employers / Customers — rules for organizations and recruiters using FloCareer to evaluate and hire candidates.
Candidates — rules for individuals participating in assessments and interviews.
FloExperts (Interviewers) — rules for freelance interviewers conducting interviews via FloCareer.
These Employer Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, websites, and applications offered by FloCareer Inc. (“FloCareer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) when you or your organization (“Customer”) access the FloCareer Platform to recruit, evaluate, or otherwise engage with Candidates and FloExperts. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
You may use the Platform solely to evaluate and recruit candidates and manage interviews. You may not:

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”FloCareer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FloCareer against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of Candidate or FloExpert data, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
FloCareer may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, you must cease using the Platform and delete all Candidate and FloExpert data obtained from it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
At FloCareer’s discretion, disputes may alternatively be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), with proceedings conducted in English and seated in Bengaluru, India.

These Candidate Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to individuals who participate in assessments, and interviews (“Interviews”) through FloCareer Inc. (“FloCareer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and who access or use the FloCareer website, interview platform, services, and Interview Content (as defined below) (collectively, the “FloCareer Platform”).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FloCareer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited right to access and use the Platform for personal use.FloCareer reserves all rights not expressly granted. FloCareer owns all rights, title, and interest in Interview Content, Interview Results, and derivatives, including copyright. You hereby assign to FloCareer any rights you may have in Interview Results.
We may deidentify or anonymize your information such that it cannot reasonably be used to infer information about you or otherwise be linked to you (“deidentified information”) (or we may collect information that has already been deidentified/anonymized), and we may use deidentified information for any purpose. To the extent we possess or process any deidentified information, we will maintain and use such information in deidentified form and not attempt to re-identify the information, except for the purpose of determining whether our deidentification process satisfies legal requirements.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Platform.
FloCareer may also report violations to prospective employers. We are not responsible for employer decisions in response to such reports.

These FloExpert Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and applications offered by FloCareer Inc. (“FloCareer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the FloCareer Platform as a freelance interviewer (“FloExpert”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
You must avoid all forms of discrimination, including on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, or any other protected category.
As a FloExpert you may access confidential material (candidate resumes, company profiles, job descriptions, skill matrices, question pools, previous reports, and candidate audio/video). You must:

Breach of confidentiality may result in account termination, legal action, and other remedies.
“Content” means any information, text, graphics, or materials (e.g., your resume, interview notes) you provide. You retain ownership of your Content.
By submitting Content, you grant FloCareer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, transmit, and distribute such Content for service delivery and quality assurance.

All rights in the FloCareer Platform (excluding Content provided by users) remain the exclusive property of FloCareer and its licensors.The Platform may display advertising. By using the Platform, you consent to FloCareer and partners placing such advertising.
